My vvelo bags (in two sizes) are my new, constant companions in normal road traffic, as hand luggage on the plane, while shopping, on every bike tour, or when visiting stadiums or concerts. The medium size is perfect for sunglasses, keys, and a wallet. For a bit more stuff, I also like to use the large version. Visibility for road safety is, of course, also important. My vvelo crossbag is primarily my companion when skiing. On the mountain, I feel much safer with it, as it gives me good visibility, even in fog and snowdrifts.

I've been using the vvelo Crossbag M almost daily for over a year on my bike rides in Berlin and on tours. The bag is just the right size to keep keys, wallet, tissues, and the small everyday items that would otherwise get lost in the depths of panniers, easily accessible. I particularly like that the separate side pocket is large enough to carry an iPhone 17 Pro Max separately from keys and other "scratch-prone" items. The bag is completely waterproof, and especially in summer, it's pleasant to make "a clear statement of visibility" with the crossbag on your torso, even without a reflective vest. And what completely won me over was how they handled defects that are sometimes unavoidable even with the best quality: super-fast response and completely problem-free help! I saw the Vvelo Crossbag with a friend and was instantly interested - which is saying something, because I don't usually like shoulder bags. But the combination of a clean look, thoughtful design, high-quality material, excellent craftsmanship, and of course, the "visible-in-traffic" factor convinced me. When I'm out on my city bike without a backpack, the Crossbag is always with me (in size M, by the way, which is easily enough for my phone, keys, and wallet). I have the bag in white and think it's really chic. The only drawback is that despite the anti-slip surface on the inside of the strap, the bag always slides to the side a bit when worn and doesn't stay across my back. It's probably just the nature of the design - but it took some getting used to for me. Otherwise, I can wholeheartedly recommend the bag.
