– a young Berlin label and bicycle enthusiasts. We develop timeless unisex products for people on bicycles.

The city is constantly in motion. Cars, buses, trams, delivery bikes, headphones, push notifications. Cyclists in the middle of it all. The biggest challenge when cycling is to be seen – at night, but especially during the day when the streets are busiest. Our mission at vvelo is to change that!

A few years ago, product designer Olaf Schroeder moved to Berlin. While cycling, he quickly realized how confusing things can get – especially during the day. Too many close calls. Too little visibility. Too often simply invisible. So he started working on a solution: To be visible without looking like you're wearing a high-visibility vest – elegant, functional, and understated. Three years, over ten prototypes, and countless iterations later, the Crossbag was born.

Worn diagonally, made of UV-stable, neon-colored canvas and with highly reflective details. It creates clear contrasts during the day, and in the dark you'll be noticed more quickly in the headlights. Made in Europe – with reliable partners, short supply chains and durable materials.

And that's just the beginning. The Crossbag is the first product of a growing vvelo family for more visibility in road traffic.
